Prices are per person per day in a double room
for a minimum stay of at least 3 days.
All rooms offer TV-Sat, safe, telephone. All 3- or 4-bedrooms
are located on the lateral side of lake Garda.

Small pets € 4,00 a day.
Reduction for children’s
hotel accommodation sharing parent’s double room:
below 3 years 100%
From 3 to 6 years 60%
From 7 to 11 years 30%
Up to 12 years 20%
Children can only claim the children’s reduction when the
room is occupied by at least 2 persons paying the full price
(regardless of age).
Conditions of Stay:
CHECK IN: Not before 14.00 o’clock.
CHECK OUT: The rooms have to be cleared by 10.00 o’clock,
otherwise they will be charged for another night.
For late arrivals and earlier departures up to 3 days the regular
accomodation price will be charged additionally to the actual
period of the stay. Please inform us if you will arrive later
than 10 p.m.
Stays usually are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals during
the week on request.
The chosen arrangement (bed and breakfast, halfbord, fullbord)
will be charged for the entire stay as it has been booked with
the reservation.
Your reservation is only valid when we receive an initial payment.
Notice: We cannot confirm any wishes for specific rooms already
with your booking.
Tennis group lessons can be booked together with your room reservation
up to 7 days befor arrival. E 10,00 will be charged additionally
for Last-Minute-bookings.
Tennis group lessons cannot be paid with credit cards.
Small pets are welcome but are not allowed in the breakfast-
and diningroom.
Cancellation fees:
Up to 22 days befor arrival 15%, From 21 up to 15 days before
arrival 30%, From 14 up to 7 days before arrival 45%, From 6

of Stay:
On the day of departure, the appartements must be cleared by
10 a.m. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
The appartements are ready for occupation between 4-9 p.m.
Arrivals and departures during the week on request.
Small pets are allowed.
We kindly ask you to settle the balance of the accomodation
bill during the first days of your stay.
